Common questions

What happens when I hit my request limit?

On Free and Starter, new requests are blocked at the included quota — upgrade for higher limits. On Growth and Scale, overage requests are charged ($0.50 / $0.25 per 1,000 requests respectively) so your service keeps running.

Do you take a percentage of my AI spend?

No. Flat monthly fee only. We never touch your provider invoices.

Can I self-host?

Not yet. On the roadmap for Enterprise customers.

What's the SLA on the Free tier?

Best-effort, no formal SLA. We've maintained 99.9%+ uptime since launch in March 2026.

Is there a free trial of paid plans?

The Free plan is permanently free with 10,000 requests/month. Contact us for a trial of paid features.

What counts as a request?

One request equals one API call forwarded through the TOLVYN proxy to any AI provider — regardless of token count or model.
